Enter the tasting area by the fire and be greeted with a POP of sparkling wine to prepare the palate for the Cabernets. Move on to a sample of the new 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon in its infancy right from the barrel. Step back in time to a finished, aged wine with the 2008 and 2010 vintages to gain a better understanding of how Cabs can age. These wines are For Sale during the event only! Accompany with complimentary Charcuterie & Cheeses along with live instramental guitar music by John Sweet Enter the raffle to win a bottle of 2007 Cab Sauvignon!
