I have worked for more than 12 years as a photographer and have received a prestigious World Press Photo Award and multiple national and international newspapers placements, including the New York Times, International New York Times, The Times of London, The Guardian, Vogue India, US Weekly, Forbes, Good Housekeeping and People, among many others. My work has been exhibited and sold internationally in Asia, Europe, the UK and the USA.
I am a member of the association of Professional Photographers of America, the British Royal Photographic Society, the Orlean Artist Collective (OAC) and HeARTs Speak, a global organization that pairs artists with local animal shelters to help raise their profile and adoption success.
Since moving to Virginia in May 2018, I have partnered with a number of organizations to help with their adoption efforts including photographing the dogs and cats at WAAAG, (the Washington Area Animal Adoption Group) and some of the huge beautiful dogs at the Colonial Newfoundland Rescue and the Appalachian Great Pyrenees Rescue. I also volunteer regularly as a Horse Leader and occasional photographer at the Rainbow Therapeutic Riding Center in Haymarket where I’m sure I enjoy as many of the emotional benefits as the students! It’s truly a wonderful heartwarming place.
