Has the board taken the time to question how it is structured and how it's structure impacts operations? Is your board being underutilized? This training addresses how best to organize board committees for effective governance. We will discuss common committee and boards structures and answer questions about how structure impacts operations.

Offered by the Culpeper Wellness Foundation and the Northern Piedmont Community Foundation in collaboration with the Center for Nonprofit Excellence. Free for local nonprofits in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock counties. All workshops will be held at the Daniel Technology Center.
