Nonprofits often need to work jointly to coordinate their services to better serve their communities. This workshop focuses on fundamental skills and strategic considerations that can support successful collaborations such as:

  • Key communication skills
  • Understanding interest and their role in collaborations
  • Attitudes and behaviors that support collaboration
  • Tools and process guidelines to structure the conversations

Presenter: Mary Davis Hamlin, Senior Consultant, CNE

Offered by the Culpeper Wellness Foundation and the Northern Piedmont Community Foundation in collaboration with the Center for Nonprofit Excellence. Free for local nonprofits in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock counties. All workshops will be held at the Daniel Technology Center. To register, please email Jenn Sweigart, PATH Resource Center Manager, at jsweigart@pathforyou.org.
