What can a horse teach us about leadership? Join Shari J. Goodwin, Business Strategist, Leadership Coach and best-selling author in this special all-day training. Nonverbal communication is an essential component of working with horses. During this workshop, you’ll work horses in Shari’s barn to complete team exercises and learn how to:

  • Lead with clarity and confidence
  • Use the power of nonverbal communication, energy, and intention
  • Build harmony in your team & meet your goals

No need for any riding experience. All the horse work is done unmounted. This workshop is for executive directors and board members looking to raise their self-awareness for better relationships, increased authority, and higher productivity.
