How to Create Stability in Your Organization

As with any business, nonprofits are more effective when they are able to create stability in leadership and structure. Board members add to a foundation of success by serving as support for the organization now and guiding the organization into the future. Board members attending this workshop will:

• Identify stages of the nonprofit life cycle
• Create a board building strategy
• Learn how to efficiently structure the board’s work

Target Audience: Current and potential board members as well as executive directors.
