Nurturing Leaders: How to Nurture Your Staff for Success

Looking for a training opportunity in the new year? PATH Resource Center is excited to offer this second installment in the Nurturing Leaders workshop series! In this  workshop, senior management looking to take their organization to the next level will learn:

-How to advocate for yourself and your staff

-Tools to strengthen your staffing structure and process, including:

--Onboarding

--Evaluation

--Staff Development

--Training for succession

The three-part Nurturing Leaders workshop series includes a “How to Nurture your ED” for board members (January), “How to Nurture Your Staff” for Executive Directors and Senior managers (February), and “Meditation To Look Younger, Be Thinner, Feel Richer and Less Stressed!” for all nonprofit employees and board members (March).

 

Intended Audience: Executive Directors and senior managers

Program attendance is complimentary for board, staff and volunteers of organizations operating within the PATH Foundation service area (northern Culpeper, Fauquier and Rappahannock counties). For participants from other organizations, a $25 charge applies.
