Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn – there are so many platforms out there and choosing the one that best fits your nonprofit, as well as your audience, is important. Which will work for you? Social Steph will explore various social media platform to help you learn:

  • Distinguishing features of the platforms;
  • What content is best suited for each;
  • When and how often to post;
  • Trends to know about in 2020

Using your current social media platforms and group exercises, your organization will be able to come up with a consistent plan for engagement to help increase your outreach to the community. Please bring a laptop and know-how to access your social media platforms.

Intended audiences: Communication and marketing staff, social media managers, those in charge of online communication.
