Join us at 6 pm as author Dave Hirschman discusses his novel, The Tenacious Bloom. In the book, Agent Aliyah Aurea with the FBI Division of Environmental Crimes tackles environmental cases, utilizing the science and arts of geology, botany, and hydrology to solve the crimes. While this environmental mystery is full of clues, there are also enticing ecological messages embedded in the plot.
David Hirschman operates Hirschman Water & Environment, a small business in Charlottesville focused on environmental protection. Among other professional pursuits, he served as Albemarle County’s Water Resources Manager for 11 years.
The presentation will start at 6:00. Come and enjoy the company of other book lovers at 5:30.
