Our special four-course meal includes your choice of one salad, one appetizer, one entree, and one dessert for $65 per person, tax and gratuity not included. Choices include: Salads: Burrata Salad with cherry tomatoes, arugula and fresh basil served with figs and a balsamic reduction Pear and Gorgonzola Salad on a bed of arugula, tossed in a lemon vinaigrette, and topped with candied pecans Appetizers: Crispy Pork Belly with a spicy jalapeño and honey glaze, on a bed of carrot chips topped with green onion Blackened Shrimp Cocktail Served with a horseradish and ponzu cream Cheese Board local goat cheese and creamy Brie with house-made strawberry preserves and honeycomb, served with a baguette Entrees: Seared Scallops with a Blood Orange Sauce on a bed of spinach and buttery orzo pasta Chateaubriand sliced tenderloin served with a red wine and peppercorn reduction, puréed potatoes and sautéed spinach Handmade Mushroom Ravioli house-made pasta dough stuffed with homemade ricotta and mushroom duxelles, tossed in a brown butter and walnut cream sauce Desserts: Flourless Chocolate Cake served with a raspberry and port reduction and topped with fresh whipped cream Lemon-infused Panna Cotta topped with a pomegranate honey, pistachios and an orange blossom and strawberry mousse Vanilla Cheesecake with strawberry-champagne reduction and freshly-whipped cream
