Have you ever wondered what it takes to make a blended wine? Now is your opportunity to not only learn, but also to try your hand at it! Gray Ghost winemaker, Al Kellert, leads participants in the fine art of making a Bordeaux blend. Participants taste each varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec and then make their own wine blend. $60 per person includes class, box lunch and glass of wine with lunch.
