Come join us and learn about using smudging to heal and shift energy. Along with finding you find your plant allies to help you move energetically towards your highest good and open the door for new possibilities as we enter the fall.

Explore the plants, history and vibes with Colleen from Wild Roots Apothecary, as we dip into the magic of intentions and smudging. Colleen will be leading us in learning all about the plant spirit medicine and traditional uses. Then using traditional practices we will be creating our own how, what and why of using smudging as a ritual practice. See what resonates with your spirit and bundle it up to set beautiful intentions and clearing for the upcoming season.
