Golden Retreat For K9's is a professional yet caring dog boarding service. Our pet resort is your dog's home away from home. We are located in Amissville, Virginia in beautiful Rappahannock County. We are nestled in a scenic country setting where nature trails and wildlife abound.

Our facility is a pet resort with suites (not cages or runs) and a spacious play area where your dog can relax while you are away. We are not your traditional dog kennel. Each room is decorated and has a Kuranda dog bed(s), fans and full view windows and doors providing natural light. There are no doggie doors. Dogs are let out by us five times per day! This gives your pet the feeling of being at home.
