I believe that increasing our wellbeing (being well with ourselves) is a step that we need not take alone. Anytime we stop and take a look at our life – where we are and where we want to be - it’s easy to go into a place of judgment. I offer a connection that meets you where you are, welcoming whatever you bring to the table with curiosity (a great antidote to judgment!) as well as a healthy dose of compassion.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 year’s experience providing mental health and substance use disorder treatment to adults. I currently provide telehealth appointments (telephone possible).  I provide a free 15-minute consultation to answer any questions you might have. I welcome hearing from you!
